Trickle fills are a new type cooling tower fills that combines the features of splash fills and film fills. Its grid structure can effectively improve the water distribution effect and disperse the hot water sprayed by the nozzle, thus improving the heat transfer performance. Trickle fills adopt mechanically joint connection, no glue is required, lowering the material cost while achieving a safe and eco-friendly result. This new trickle fills are widely used in power plants, chemical plants and steel plants where suspend solids are high and water quality is poor.

Features
  • It is made of high quality PP materials, offering good anti-aging performance and a longer service life.
  • Mechanically joint connection, no glue is required, safe and eco-friendly.
  • High heat transfer efficiency, low ventilation resistance, creating an effective surface area of 125 m2/m3.
  • Open cross structure generates high turbulence and will not blocked easily.

Traditional film fills mostly adopt glue assembly, about 1 kg of glue per cubic meter, causing high material costs, complex connection and environment pollution.

New trickle fills adopt mechanically joint connection, no glue assembly, easy and simple connection, offering lower material costs and protecting the environment.

Traditional film fills become fouling after using about 2 or 3 months, and then clogging after using about 2 years, leading to poor thermal performance.

New trickle fills turn yellow after using 9 years in sewage conditions without fouling or clogging, and still operate smoothly.
